They are sneaking them in with flash, I think. I use the adblock extension and have been training it to block most of the ad servers, so lately, 0 popups. _________________ It's got something to do with motherboards and fuzzy logic, f**k, I don't know... |

Using IE6 and Google Toolbar with pop-up blocker enabled.
I don't see no stinking pop-ups.....anywhere!
The animated ads are quite annoying tho

yes they are...with firefox i only encounter popups at those sites that have program cracks...if you use those with a non sp2 IE you get raped by popups . _________________ Ignore this^^ |

I could get rid of the animated ads with a firewall setting, but then I wouldn't be able to enjoy Hacks avatar of someone getting the crap beat out of them

I saw one recently, not here, that was a "shoot the monkey" type of thing only you aimed a cops gun at a biker and it said "shoot the biker." That pissed me off when I saw it. I'm still upset about it. It's just wrong. |
