Mother-in-law can't play SIMS 2... Now its my problem!!!

$500.00 dollar limit... No OS or software, just the equipment.

Can you come up with a system better than this that stays under 500 bucks?

(This is a paste from Monarch Computer)
Monarch Tower 1150 USB 2.0 (Black) 300 Watt PS
DFI KM400MLV KM400 Motherboard Onboard Video/LAN/Audio with AGP Slot
AMD Sempron 2400+ 256K 333 FSB Processor - includes CoolJag JVC258A heatsink and fan
256 MB DDR 2100 Corsair Memory (upgradable to 512MB of RAM)
Western Digital 40 GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
Lite-On 52x32x52 Black CD-RW w/software
3.5" 1.44 Black Mitsumi Floppy
10/100 Network Card On Board - cable modem and DSL ready
SVGA Video On Board
Industry Standard Upgradable
USB Ports on front of case

This unit with shipping and (no) tax is to my door for $464.00 and that includes 512Mb upgraded RAM.

One other stipulation, I only want to order from one location, I am not putting forth more effort than necessary!!!

The onboard would rock the mother in law. The 9550 is ten times more than she needs.

The kids do Halo and SIMS 2 on thier onboard MX440 systems.

This is cool, she is going from a Pee3 with onboard vid. And I get to give her back $85.00!!!!!!!!!!

That will fulfill my good son-in-law quota for the reast of the year. Banana

Sweet. It's actually pretty amazing how cheap you can be and still get a decent computer system.
