Hmm...I just looked at the properties for your current button. I was wrong with the location I gave before. Your gif file is located at :

http://www.xratedcc.com/forums/templates/subSilver/images/lang_english/post.gif

I'm not sure how you would navigate to that exact location via your host. I was suggesting just changing the gif file itself and saving the new gif file in that location with the same name. That way there is no need to edit any code.

Does that help?

YOu don't need to change the images, I think you need to change the script... Right now it seems new or old posts are scripted to look for the same image.

I was just so confused with what you were saying....But now I get it... I was looking at the wrong graphic...Sorry...

Is it these new post icons that you are talking about?

Located here...

or

Or is it these icons?

Now here's the question : Did you fix it already or are these the pics you didn't like? It is hard to tell the difference between newpost and no new posts, but based on the file names, it looks like the code is working correctly.

Like this. This icon is from the phpbb themes page.

I downloaded the img from the phpbb database...

Are the colors set? No you would have to edit the image with somekind of image editor, like photoshop or something.

Am I misunderstanding again?
