Well looks like they recommended him for death.

The problem for me is... I so believe he was convicted in the Media... so it's hard for me to know if I really trust the jury here. I really hope he is guilty. (Of course in that case I hope one of his fellow prisoners Full Moon rape him to death)

I am just glad it is over with...well kind of anyway. Around here it is such big news they interrupted the regular TV shows to pipe in a live audio feed from the court room while they read the sentencing verdict.

That guy is guiltier than the day is long.

Woman on the side, sold his dead wife's stuff, tried to run and change his appearance, wife and unborn found in same area as his fishing trip(90 miles away).

The only shame in this trial is that he wasn't found guilty in either: Texas, Virginia, or Florida. At least those states really execute people, not just put them on deathrow for ever.

I read there are/where 830+ reporters covering the trial.
there are many similar cases nationwide, I'm wondering why this one got so much attention.
BTW I think he did it and in 10-15 years ( providing he doesn't win an appeal) he'll get the death penalty (if it's not considered Non-PC by then)

Sadly it seems my fear is not unfounded....

"Juror Greg Beratlis said the jury was convinced of Peterson’s guilt by “many, many things,” but added: “Those bodies were found in the same place. That played in my mind, over and over.”

Most unsettling, the jurors seemed to agree, was Peterson’s dispassionate demeanor." - MSNBC.com

So... did they make their decesion based on facts or emotions? I'd say mostly emotions.

There is another murder case in NY where the jury reached a guilty verdict yesterday... Daniel Pelosi was convicted of murder with zero evidence... just circumstantial things and perhaps that he didn't seem like a very nice guy.

Yea... see that's a problem. Because that is exactly how they used to convicted black people back in "the day". They would have circumstantial evidence, and because the white people on the jury didn't like/trust black people... we ended up killing a lot of innocent people. And it has been proved later with DNA evidence.

guilty of murder or not, he should still be given the death penalty for cheating on his wife.
