Scott Peterson has just been convicted of
1st degree murder for Laci
2nd degree murder for Conor

Do you think this is the correct findings?

I personally do. There is TOO much coincindental evidance against him for him to be inocent.

I beleive the death penalty should be handed down.

I don't know. The whole thing about the baby being born alive and the umbilical cord being cut. That doesn't make sense. They also searched the bay, where she washed up and didn't find her. There was also a few stories in the local paper about other pregnant women that have gone up missing in the N. California area, could be related, but I think they focused so much on convicting the evil husband.

They publicized Scott Peterson's alibi so much in the beginning that anyone could have dumped her there to "frame" him.

However, I think the jury had more information than the public so I'm sure they made the right call. Just for some reason I wasn't sure he was guilty. And trust me I HATE the man just for cheating on his pregnant wife, if I could convict him of that I would!

In my opinion the SOB got just what he deserved!!!! From my own investigation of this when it first came out I found he was quite wierd and felt he could be guilty, I didnt feel he was guilty till he ran and disguised himself!!!! I mean come on the SOB sold her car shortly after she died and put the house up for sale... I can only hope now that the bastard gets sentenced to death!!! And that is more so for the murder of his son then his wife!!!

I heard on the news that "special circumstances" would be considered and that would probably result in the death penalty. I'm totally for that and believe he deserves it.

Yea... I'd LOVE to hear about this investagation. Did you do blood samples? Hair? Finger prints? DNA? What did you find when you were at the bottom of the bay?? Laughing

I wasn't sure if he was or wasn't guilt. I can only trust in the jury. In which case... I hope they hang the guy by the nuts until death.
