This sucks................I'll be RMA'ing this board tomorrow.....worked for about 20 minutes then NOTHING........no post, wouldn't give a signal to the monitor! (Verified at the local "geek" computer store)
All my components work on their test boards.

Once in a while crap like that happens... It sucks it had to be you!!!
I built 3 identical systems to mine... DFI Infinity, 2400+, Corsair XMS, same PSU's same heatsink, same everything...
Two of them (that I helped a guy build) never worked, even with extensive DFI intervention, they still have no idea why. The third I did myself for a second buddy and it is still as flawless as mine has been for almost a year now. I ordered all three machines at the same time from Newegg.
This is same SATA drivers, same CD's used to load EVERYTHING!!!
I'm still scratching my head over that.
(The guy with the two systems, bought Abit NF7-s motherboards, plugged all the original stuff into them and never looked back... go figure!!!) |
