4GB in my current system. My next upgrade will most likely be a GPU cooler because the current one on my 5770 is starting to make a grinding noise.

16GB Hyper X Red @ 1600 MHz

Tops on my list is a graphics/monitor upgrade and a 240-ish GB SSD, new rig is coming with only 8GB undisclosed RAM though... Wink
