Six hours later and the local officials said "Just Kidding" ... so I'm back home No biggie thou, several friends gathered at one friends house and we finished off a bottle or two of wine |

All I have to say to that is, WHEW!!!
After seeing the carnage and aftermath of Andrew on a Discovery documentary, I am more than happy and glad to see folks here were only a bit more tipsy for their troubles...
...and sorry to Dud3! who didn't get to see dogs fly by...

I agree. Lived in Charelston when Hugo hit and was not taking any chances.
I heard on the radio this morning some people did take a chance ... now the ambulances can not get through to get their bodies Very sad. May God be with them and their families. |
