Well, seems that the GPU is getting too hot and the fan isn't speeding up to cool it off... WTF

I put the fan on 100% and ran 3DMark Vantage...
GPU score = 13,090

So it looks like Windows Experience is another botched 'feature' from MS.

use graphics software which require high quality rendering. But I will suggest you AMD ATI DirectX 11 Graphics
Cards GPU which has just launched and is the most powerful graphic card I have ever heard about. There are
many other graphics cards but I will recommend you to buy Ati cards because it supports all most all the games
