Open to non-NORTH AMERICA residents and Mexico only... Because it was too embarassing to say "Open to everywhere but Canada" I guess!
That's really odd when you think about it. Anyway too bad, guess I won't win anything for my b-day this year. |

I think that actually translates to everyone but the USA, the USA's beard, and the USA's hat.
It says "for outside of N. America & Mexico" in the header. |

True, the contest site actually lets you select Europe, Asia and Other... Which would mean Africa and South America... maybe the Antarctic?
The rules don't even specify that you have to be outside of N.A.... Anyway I'm just being pendantic here, but you have to admit it's a bit confusing. |

When the contest started the US, Canada, and Mexico were listed in the country list but were later removed. |
