Have you tried cleaning your PC's internals? Might be a heat build-up issue...

I cleaned it recently but i dont think its heat as surely the processor would be getting the warmest as the main case fan is also the exhaust and heatsink fan lol(small pc) and the fan hasnt been going overly high and ive checked temps after its restarted and they have been resonable, around 40celcious for both case and core temps.

Ah. How about doing a clean up of spamwares, malwares, etc?

Done some virus checks and have 2 anti virus programs installed to try and combat anything but they do kinda seem like they are cancelling each other out :s. Got windows defender aswell for spyware. It hasnt done it through the last few days so im keeping an eye on it i think.
