Ha! That's funny. I never disagreed on disagreeing, you keep pecking at me every time I type the word Linux. Actually, the last time I didn't even have to post.
I don't care what you use, what you think about OSes or browsers, use what you like, I just made suggestions on what works for me.
Now if "agreeing to disagree" means I can never bring up Linux, then you can't bring up windows either, so let's agree to leave the Penguins alone and I'll *really* try to PM Linux related stuff to everyone in a thread so you won't see it.
Seriously though, you have 666 posts, so you're evil, leave me alone. _________________ Due to a not-that-interesting turn of events, I am now known as Justin Danger. |

I do find it funny that SO many software questions have a Linux solution in here...
But... Firefox is still a beta product, right? Obviously not complete or fully refined, yet. |

You are correct sir. The majority of it's code (the gecko rendering engine) does come from a mature code base, but firefox overall is a beta product. _________________ It's got something to do with motherboards and fuzzy logic, f**k, I don't know... |

How about this from now on when you have a software problem post the operating system you have. Then we will stick to solutions for that operating system. Cool Cool. |
Hey - I have a linxus network switch!

NOT trying to fuel the fire here, I know a guy who just installed Mandrake and cant get it to play a DVD for the life of him. Is it a short coming of the OS or is he just incompetent? |

He needs whats called libcss, it's not included with Mandrake (or any distro) due to licensing issues. Kind of the same way that XP does not include a DVD codec by default.
What version of Mandrake? _________________ It's got something to do with motherboards and fuzzy logic, f**k, I don't know... |
