In the final stages of getting DreamCatcher v2.0 "together". Got everything in the case and fired it up.........NO VIDEO!!! Sad Censored Bang Head Censored Sad

The 8800GT is fully seated and has the power from the PSU, even tried a different monitor. Both outputs even! The thing was working when I took off the stock cooler and added the WC stuff.

What am I missing??????? Sorry for the quality of the third pic.

Oh that sucks.

Is it looking for something to be connected to its fan header?

On advice from ud at pcper I plugged the cooler back in and still no joy. This is indeed a flustrating mystery as I had so hoped to finally get this thing rolling! Censored

Looks like I'm going to have to "dismantle" the system and give the gpu a good look over. Bad Air

Just from looking at the pictures everything looks fine, just like my old 8800GT when I water cooled it.

your system looks uber cool. if only it booted up.

must be leaks or electrostatic discharge or even overflow of thermal paste that can be capacitive if in contact with the pins.

Duh Man do I need to update some posts around here!!! For general FWI DreamCAtcher is up to v3.5 and I'll try to get everything caught up as best as I can.

As it turns out the issue here was being brain dead..........the reason the system would boot up was the fact the bios chip had been removed to be reflashed and while I had put one in another system I had forgotten to replace this one! Smash
