Upload Speed: 863 kbps (107.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
 
 I would rather have less upload speed and more download speed.
   
 The best situation would be let me choose how much download or upload speed I want depending on the situation.

 I'm only paying $29 CAD a month for my service (Teksavvy). One of the best prices in Canada for a 5 mbps/800 kbps connection

 That is my new passive dual core atom mini-pc - tethered to my Smartphone using a USB Bluetooth adapter - and connected to the Internet via 3G.
 
 
   
 I'll have to find my USB cable to see what a direct connection to the phone would do...
