I hope I can be brewmasters like some of you folks some day. Got a microbrewery just down the street where you get to make your own but I don't get to do that for another year Sad

Me too... I haven't had a beer (or any alcohol) since New Years this year... And that was only half a bottle of somewhat funky Stella Artois.

I've had a chance to drink about 15 or 16 pints of Saison and can say that it is a great beer.

The chamomile and grains of paradise are very subtle and really don't get in the way of the hops at all. Very nice beer. GrinGrinGrin
