Sick baby...

Well the baby (11 month old) has been sick for a while.. just got over a double ear infection and was getting a cold.... We got almost no sleep last night, poor guy just couldn't sleep.

His breathing was (is) very labored this morning, so Misty got worried (rightfully so) and called Kaiser. They told her to dial 911 beacuse of his breathing. Paramedics came, checked him out and said... yea he needs to go to the hospital.

Needless to say, I was almost home by now (only time I got home quicker was when I worked until 3am one day). So we packed up the kids, dropped of the oldest at her aunts (daughter is in school/daycare) and went to the ER.

Seems the poor little guy has phenomena... Sad

At least we finally have him in their sleeping.

I hope the little one gets better soon EC.. been there, and its so scary, Cole was 9 months when he got RSV, then it turned into Pneumonia, so I will pray for teh cute little guy!!!

Hope he gets better soon. He may be sleeping now, but you two will still be up most of the night checking on him.

Thanks guys... he's a tough little guy so he'll be OK. Just hope he sleeps tonight. He needs it and so do we. Only got about 2 - 3 hours (maybe) last night.

And here's all the toppers...

Daughter got poked in the eye in school today (by her best friend)... so he's got a big red mark on her right eye... and feels like I'm coming down with a cold.

People wonder why I drink... LOL

Evil, hope the little one gets better soon. Things can get bad fast with little ones and it is especially hard since they can't tell you what is wrong or that they are getting worse. At least they know what it is and how to treat it so he'll be back around in no time.
