Look at this little fridge for $24.99... @ Overstock. Pretty sweet for use at work, or maybe even better modded to super cool your reservoir. Maybe? Be sure to insulate!! Cool

Looks sweet but be careful if you intend to use it as a part of a watercooling rig as it use TECs (Peltiers) for cooling and they may not be able to deal with the amount of heat a raddy puts off....Just my Two Cents

The BTU ratings on those things is very small, it would be unable to cool your rig even at idle.
You could go through a BIGrad (car or truck size) to get down to ambient, and then in to a res, inside that mini frdge to get slightly below ambient, and moderate/average the temps.

forget it i tried it and you need to drill 2 holes for in and out take of the tubes .

Is hard work and then you will have no better result .
An even worser result because the heat cant leave .
