I'd like to add NewEgg to the computer GOOD list. I've been doing business with them for quite some time and have only had one problem which they fixed within a week's time.

| I personally think that Newegg raised the bar for all online ordering. I never even think twice about ordering from them. It is also the first place I go to check and/or quote prices. Some places will have a bit lower price on a couple of items, but when you get all done, installed, running, and through even one good RMA, Newegg will have always been the best buy it seems |

UPS has it scheduled for delivery tomorrow. BZBOYZ has yet to pull funds from my old lady's credit card though.. which may be a good thing  |

I have to give my own shout-out to Newegg too!! They rock, and I never go elsewhere if they have the item I'm looking for!!
I placed an order with them Thursday night... and it shipped Friday, with the free FedEx 3-Day. Anyway, it was supposed to arrive today, but I had it yesterday.

I just got my Big Bruin Platinum Visa card bill and noticed that for the 2nd month in a row there was no credit on there from Computer Surplus Outlet!!  WTF, talk about slow!!
So, I call them just now and the woman tells me she is running 3-4 days behind on credits and that I need to allow at least 7-10 days for processing from the time the return is received!! Bwahahahaha!! I nearly lost it at that point.
I pointed out how the return was received back at their facility on July 7, and that I have called no less than 4 times since then, and was promised a credit back in the middle of August!!
She fumbled through some papers and promised a credit by this Friday!!
Holy  does this place absolutely suck a$$!!
