I don't have a kick a$$ job anymore and my PC really needs more RAM. 4GB isn't enough, 2 dimm slots are bad and cause me to hardlock before even getting to windows boot screen. Anyone have 4GB sticks of DDR2 layin around I can scrounge, maybe I have something to trade, or there's always paypal.
It's really hard to find new online and the prices are ridiculous.
Eventually I'm going to upgrade to Ivy Bridge and DDR3, but I just need a bandaid right now for my old core 2 quad rig.

Nothing in those capacities over here... There were some guys on Hardforum with decent deals on PC2-6400 stuff a few months ago, but who knows how the prices have gone recently.

Try a local on craigslist? Even if you have to buy the entire PC it might be worth it...
