Hi
I've also just finished reviewing this and I agree that's it's a really good product. A little big for my liking though.
I used Xtrac's Mad Dotz with it and found they worked better than the eels.
Have you tried the QPad Gamer XXXL mousepad yet? Reviewing that atm and it is THE best mousepad I have ever used (I have used lots including the Icemat black, Func 1030 etc)

I'm reviewing another mousepad right now too by Everglide. Its a great product but like I said it does take up that desk space. Those eels were pretty tough for me to get working properly, after putting them on the mouse I had to cut around them with a razor because they kept catching an edge!!!
I ended up cutting parts of my plastic mouse off along with the eels too - doh.
