Its been a long time since I benched mine, and I though it may have slipped a little... I guess it did, but only 200kbps... 
Best I ever got was a 6500/1100 sometime last year.

Probably one of the slower d/l speeds I have gotten... I normally get them >800kbps.... but then again the link is always is use.
Not the fastest, but the most reliable, and as long as I'm not doing anything illegal they don't care what I do with my bandwidth (i.e. hosting)

Damn BB nice dl speed there. Mine is pretty constant no matter what time of day or night. Road Runner just upped the dl speed cap a bit but left the upload the same

Bah! Nice nothing! His speed doesn't compare with mine. It's so fast I can't even use one of those benchmarking sites.
42,000 actual throughput baby!
That'd be 42,000 bps....
