First I need to get a new MB for a new system. Don't want to go over $125 for it, and it needs to support up to the 3ghz AMD processors.

Second, I need a Power Supply as well. Needs to be at least 350W, with all the cables pre-wrapped. Don't want to spend an arm and a leg for it either.

What are your recommendations?

I just bought a Shuttle nForce2 Ultra 400 board, and although its a cheap board, it is pretty sweet so far... this one

It has lan, sound, usb 2.0, firewire, ATA-133, dual channel ddr, and supports 266, 333, and 400 MHz fsb'ed chips up to the XP3200+ for $69!! Not bad at all!

As far as psu's, I like Enermax, Thermaltake, and Enlight... and would stay away from Vantec (or PC Toys). I haven't looked at any that have pre-wrapped cables, but know that will add some $$ to the price of a good unit.

Doesn't look like too bad of a board, will have to go searching for some reviews on it Smile

You know off hand if there's any overclockability to it? Nothing major, just slight OC. Like I have my Gigabyte board with an XP1700, OC'd to 1735 or something like that.

It definitely has the feature and I intend to test them all soon and write a review (but probably not quick enough for your decision). It has the fsb, multiplier, voltage settings, memory timings, etc... Looks well set up for overclocking.

Or checkout this review: http://www.hexus.net/content/reviews/review.php?dXJsX3Jldmlld19JRD01NjY=

They hit 216 fsb... Cool
