my brother has his eagle project coming up, so we went to the hardware store for some various goods to help his project along. so im walking the isles and i see some ducting approximately the same diameter as a 120mm fan.

has a 120mm duct ever been accomplished? i would love to pull off a nice and original mod Grin

I have never seen one. The diameter required makes bends take up alot of space. Most cases probably just don't have room! Would be interesting to see...

hmm.. im starting to reconsider doing this mod. i looked in my case the other day, and it doesnt look like there is enough room. plus the 120mm to 80mm fan adapters cost 13 dollars. thats way to much for a stupid piece of plastic Mad

im not going to give up on it entirely, but its going to be more difficult and costly than i had anticipated. if i had this case:

it would be much easier to do Laughing

the bid is at 500 dollars right now. way too much money for a case IMO. if i had 500 dollars to spend on modding, i would rather get a lian li 71 and a shat load of accessories, but thats probably just me Laughing

I'd do the same.

The last thing I'd get is a Lian Li. I don't see the point in shelling out for a case with 80mm fans and no room to mod...

Anyway, that Twisted Mods case looks like my ideal case, if only it was another foot tall. Laughing
