The temps I'm talking about are die temps read via coretemp.

What are your ambient temps? I would try to reseat your hsf first. I did notice that CoreTemp shows a VID of 1.325 for your cpu while it shows 1.275v for mine. This would lead me to believe that your cpu requires slightly more voltage to run stock, which would result in higher temps than me. Since I live in Alaska, my ambient temps are 68-71f so it keeps my system quite cool.
