1) I am about to follow your bios tuning, but before I do, I want to ask: Is it rock stable or just very stable?

It's pretty solid. I just got back from a 4 day camping trip and this computer has been running 2 instances for folding@home 24/7 the whole time with %100 load. Not sure what the actual "uptime is, but I'm sure it's been at least 5 days since I shut it down (when I'm not playing WoW, it's running 2 f@h smp clients. When I'm playing WoW it only runs 1).

I have made a couple changes since posting the above, I put my second x1950 pro back in (w/crossfire enabled) and changed from 4x1gb of ram to 2x2gb of ram which allowed me to lower my dimm voltage to 1.9v (+.1 on my mobo).

Your setup looks pretty good, I'd pay attention to chipset cooling, but your mobo has a lot more OC'ing options than mine. Your 12v numbers are a touch low, but with an 8800gtx that's not a surprise. I'm not very familiar with your psu NorthQ 4775-500S so I really can't say too much about it. I wouldn't push the cpu voltage too much, most q6600 overclocks I've seen have been able to get 3.0Ghz with less than 1.4v (bios). Heat is the biggy so keep an eye on it.
