It's easy just get close to him and use your blade to slash him a few time, he will knee, beat him as much as you can and run.
Repeat like 4 times (like 2 when the timer starts) |

I tried Windows 7 on my secondary (much slower HDD) and it feels really smooth and everything works fine.
