Hey guys, I don't feel like doing a major search on this so I'm hoping someone knows the answer.

I'm trying to create a fully patched Win 7 Image to use on a VM and keep updated, but I really don't plan on doing anything with it except installing some software, testing and killing the VM. So I don't want to activate it, but I don't want to spend 1/2 day each time updating it.

Any way to do this you know of?

well once installed you have 3 days (i think) to actiavate it.
however there are some commands that can reset the actiavation, not sure if they can be posted on here, also there is activation bypass that can be obtained
either way you will be breaking the EULA. so is there a difference between breaking it one way or another?
