Can you provide more detail? Is is restarting while you're playing games, browsing the internet, or when lighting is striking nearby? How long has this been going on? What was the last thing you changed before this behaviour began?

check the cooling i.e., the heatsing / fan on that thing - also the power supply - if both are okay try removing the RAM sticks one by one

Sounds to me like it is heat problems. Even though the cooling may seem fine, maybe some of the heatsink compound has worn off or rubbed off the top of the CPU. I remove the heatsink and check to make sure the heatsink compound on the CPU is evenly spread on it.

Get SpeedFan and monitor CPU temps. SpeedFan gives you min max and avg temps of the cpu. See if your cpu is going high on temp.

That's an awful lot of stuff to have plugged in for a 350w. I know most of it only pulls 10w or so, but to find out if power is an issue, maybe try just 1 optical drive for awhile. Ditch the secondary hard drive too and see if that doesn't "fix" it.

If you can unplug stuff and stop crashing, it's time for a new PSU.
