those are pretty much the same things Deathstar and myself have. 4032 series. ...just a different name on it.

Hey Knight, are they any good? I haven't done anything with mine but open it up and close it back and stick it in the garage for the time.

It just seems like $90.00 is too cheap for a rack case.

Here's a pic of one of them mounted. I was missing a part (I didn't order it) so I couldn't use the rails. But I got that squared away and I should have them next week. And Spire when you try and use one of these, be real careful a lot of the screws inside for the HDD & CD rails are in way too tight. I just about stripped 2 of them trying to get them out. Censored

Thanks for the screwing advise (doh - very bad typo).

One thing I am going to do right off the bat is paint the aluminum that shows through the front... maybe not black, but maybe a midnight blue. Doesn't look right with all that shiny. I noticed that soon as I unpacked mine, and your pic confirmed it for me. BTW, I need a bad a$$ rack mount server/switch and DSL modem.

Is it true that once you start a rack system, you look for ANYTHING that you can mount in a rack? I want a rack mount printer too!!!! OR maybe a rack mount beer tap!!!! Now that would rock!!!!

I gave this advise to BC, so you might want to consider it, too, Spire; those airholes choke the daylights out of air going to the 120MM fan behind it. I had to cut out that area on my cases to get the proper flow. If you don't open those up or remove them, you'll most likely cook everything inside. Voice of experience....
