 | The Sunbeam Tech Transformer Case is quite appealing, and is something of a hybrid case. It has the enormous size, strength, and room for drives like a server, but has the edgy styling, lighting effects, and tool-less installation features of a gaming case. Could it be the offspring of a server and a LAN rig? - The Review |

Yea smart website owners like to do things like buy the .net, .org as well as the .com to protect the name of our sites. For NWT I have all 3 majors, plus the .US just for SNG's. They are cheap enough when you know where to go (godaddy.com). _________________

Yeah, I have .com, .net, .org, and .info - but prefer that only .com be used. _________________ Sometimes I laugh so hard that the tears run down my leg!

|
|
Hi,
I am new to these forums, and i am not sure if this is the right place to post my question about the Transformer Case.
I have had this case for a long time, and the I/O panel on the top, one of the usb ports broke and the fron door is cracked. Is there anyplace where i can get a replacement for these parts?
I have tried to contact sunbeam but nobody over there seems to care, it has been 3 weeks since i contacted them and still no reply.
Any help would be great!
Thanks. |

Welcome kaashifv,
That sucks what happened to your case and that they didn't reply to your request yet. To get replacement parts it would probably have to be from the company itself, maybe give them a call and ask customer service.
As an alternative, you could get a 5.25" bay device to give your USB/Firewire ports (assuming you have an extra bay).
Can't help your door issue, Personally I don't like doors, so I would just remove it. |
