| These aren't for the northbridge, but I have some new cooling for this mobo... Little 1/2"x1/2" sinks to go on the PWM mosfets... and maybe some video memory... |

Got the PWM Mosfet heatsinks and my Northbridge heatsink installed...
The PWM temps dropped about 10C, but still hit spikes close to where they used to stay constantly. Nice upgrade.
The northbridge, with the original fan running at 7000RPM would go as high as 48C... With the passive Soyo cooler it now goes as high as 52C. I have less noise, but more heat... Hmmm... But, those temps are with the case fans turned all the way down and near silent... If I crank them up, the original cooler would still hit 46C, but the new Soyo cooler only gets to about 42C. Sounds like the Soyo is a keeper, and just need to get a bit more air flowing in the case!! _________________ Sometimes I laugh so hard that the tears run down my leg!

Have you thought about finding a low speed quiet fan to put on top of that NB Heatsink? _________________
