Benchmarking (continued):

This last SiSoft Sandra test is for memory speed testing. The graph shows a nice improvement when overclocked here.


Next we move on to another memory testing program called Everest Home Edition.


This next one shows HDTach, this program tests hard drive read and write speeds. Not much to notice here, except that the lower the access time, the better.


PiFast is a program that calculates digits of pi and shows the raw time that it takes to calculate a preset number of digits. This test was run using Chudnovsky's method for fastest computation, under standard mode to 10 million digits and using 1024k FFT length with no compressed output. Again, lowest time is best here.
