I personally would leave the vid card alone, spend a few bucks kicking up to 2GB (it's by far the cheapest update), and save the rest for the next vid card update in 3-4 months.

Not with ANY games. With most NEW games, MAYBE. Those aren't top of the line video cards, they're mid-range.
I'd guess that an OC to 2.4Ghz (~4000+ range) should remove the CPU as a bottleneck fo ... |

Yupyup. Errors are bad. I would back them down so you don't get errors. P4s don't really care about latency all that much anyway. They're more bandwidth hungry.

I got a Vantec Nexus fan controller. It was $16.55.
