Everything from music to gaming
seemed to undergo an audio resurrection with the Altec
Lansing VS2421 computer speaker system, convincing me that
if you have the standard 2.0 speaker system you
really are missing out. Clarity was fantastic and I was surprised
at the amount of bass that was pushed out, even loud
explosions showed no distortion. [link]
Thermaltake V1 AX
CPU Cooler
The V1 AX is one of 8 CPU
coolers currently offered by Thermaltake for the Socket 1366
platform, and like many of their coolers it is capable of
cooling most modern processors. It is similar to their V1
cooler in every way, except that this cooler has aluminum
cooling fins rather than copper, which gives it a different
look and ultimately makes it less expensive. [link]

Earphone Adapters
Acoustibuds are adapters that
can change normal earbuds to fit in the ear canal, while also
adding passive noise canceling. They fit a wide range of
earbuds, allowing the owner to continue using their favorite
pair with more functionality and less dropping out. We will
try them out on several pairs of earbuds to see how they fare.
