Each of the G.Skill DDR3-1600 Pi Series memory modules is protected by an interesting aluminum heatspreader with what looks like the spiral binding from a notebook on top. These loops are similar to what many other manufacturers implement, except that they have a bit of three dimensional appeal to them. -
