| Right now I'm running a Q6600. Two instances of the CPU client and two instances of the GPU client on a XFX 9800 GTX Black Edition. Probably won't be running more than one instance of each on my next startup. |

You should be able to average 5000 pts per day without any trouble. Probably much better than that, but with multiple instances it will take a couple days before the points start piling up.

Jason can say for sure, but i believe the winner is randomly selected from participants who contributed at least 5000pts between 12/7 and 12/30. Not to be confused with people who "have" 5000pts or more but didn't contribute another 5000pts between the above dates.

Exactly. You just need 5,000 between December 7 and 30. Old points don't count (for this).
I was going to make the contest weighted in favor of those who folded more, but I figured keeping it simple and with an attainable value for most would work well...
