Can these modules be used in the AsRock G43Twins full hd motherboard?

I don't see why not. It supports DDR2 and DDR3, and for the DDR2 I see it accepts up to 8GB of 1066/800/667 MHz modules. (1066 by overclocking only). Looks like a match to me!
