Didn't see this until today, but apparently people on slashdot were wondering the same thing I did about this little bugger... way back in June:

That would make a perfect little ICS, web, or FTP server.
hmmmm.... a cluster of those would look nice in my PC room. |

RE nifty NimbleV5 ... devil's in the details!
1. On their "where to buy" webpage, the header
word in large font is misspelled as "micorosystems".
Not impressive.
2. That page lists 3 purchase sites. 1 site seemed
not to carry the product. The other 2 did not off
an upgrade option from 128meg RAM.
Excellent review -- but the demon devil struck it down! |

Hello steppec, welcome...
I was somewhat surprised to visit the Nimble site right now and see that not only has their distribution not grown, but it has actually shrunk since the review was published! I figured the sponsor, Logic Supply, would at least still be offering it, as they were pretty high on the device, but I didn't see it on their virtual shelves. Perhaps more people share my opinion that its a novel little gadget, but really not practical, economical, or flexible.
Besides, there are new mini pcs out that are leaps and bounds ahead of the nimble:
