I think i fixed it,..what i did is i bought a new P4 cooler (Cooler Master Jet 4),. reapply the thermal paste (AS5). so far i don't have any restart "yet" ..hehe

i changed the power supply to my other BFG 500W PSU, the problem still there,... Sad

now trying to check the temp. and the CPU heatsink... Smile

I use this computer just for movies & internet browsing, it just restart by itself sometimes. But, sometimes it can run for the hold day without any problems,.. Sad

i will replace the 4400+ for the 3800+ , coz the 3800+ can easily reach 2.6GHz with the MD u going to get.. Smile

i read the CPU magazines ( june 06) , their review shows that this case is pretty good cool & good price (around $65)
