An article was posted on slashdot.org and it overwhelmed the server yesterday... Shared hosting, so the account was dumped. Now, its back up on a bigger, 'virtual' dedicated server account and should be ready for bigger traffic.
Was a major pain getting a hold of the host, getting the transfer made, and now getting DNS pointed to the right place!
Sorry for the downtime... Hope thats over for a long time!

Wohoo! Now I can read while I'm at work! Was really bored yesterday LOL I actually had to do some work after the site went down. Totally ruined my day!
Glad it's back up, I know it can be a pain to get things reconfigured. |

the server is now:

RAM/Memory: 4 GB
Storage: (2) 80 GB (Raid 1)
(1) 80 GB (Backup)
25 GB Disk Space
195 GB Bandwidth
RedHat Linux 9.0

 @ the shirt! After things settle, and I have something I think may fly at /. I am going to try again with them and see if the new server is any tougher...
