Heard it uses 3rd edition rules and therefore sucks.

I'm playing it atm. Having a lot of fun with it.

It's REALLY group oriented, you pretty much have to group the entire time. There are some soloable quests, but mostly it's all group oriented stuff.

As with any MMO there are bugs that Turbine is working through. Been a pretty smooth launch, at least until this weekend. Servers went down twice without warning.

How long are the quest? I heard they have different length ones and they tell you that in advanced.

One of the reasons I haven't picked up WoW is because of the time investment. I don't have 2 or 3 hours at a time to play.

LOL Yes, BB...Dungeon's and Dragons Online...

The quests range from 5-10 Minutes, to 2-3 hours. However, the long ones, typically are broken up into chapters. So you can do one or two, then do the next later.

They do tell you an approximate length of the dungeon, Short, Medium, Long, Very Long. It's not really a determination of how long the quest is because as I said, it could be a quest series of 10 or 11 quests.
