In terms of specifications, each of the modules is 4GB in size and with four in the pack that gives us a total capacity of 16GB on the X99’s quad channel architecture. Crucial have XMP settings programmed into the modules and that means to set the advertised speeds we just go into the BIOS, hit enable on XMP and save/reboot. From then on these sticks will run at 2400MHz with CAS 16 timings on 1.2v. hardwareheaven.com
