Forum Restore...

I just restored the forum to a much more recent version! The big professional host only had one from May 04... and little old me with no A+ certificate happened to have one from late last night... Laughing

Anyway... luckily there were only three threads posted to today, and you will notice they are gone or posts missing! Sorry... it was either those 12 posts or the 2100 the host lost!

I just discovered something really sh!tty!! The folder with all the files attached to the forum are gone!! WTF?!?

The folder was gone and all images in it were missing!! Bang Head

Searching my backup folders, I have these images, but only as recently as 04/28/04!! Wasn't anticipating a restore of this!!

Despite the US based operation of the host insisting all was restored as it was before the crash... the Ukranian support peeps have been helping me out! They found a better restore of the attached files lost, and I am updating that now... They also found a few smaller things to help a brotha' out!! Cool

Glad they are helping.... And to make me laugh again... one of their customers sent me a link to another article showing some real world test and how SCSI just annihilated IDE.
