Hey guys!

I'm planning to cut my side panel for my window kit I just ordered earlier by using a Dremel only. I checked in Gigabyte site and found out that the body material for my case is a 0.7mm SECC.

What type of cutting disc I will use for this one and what should be the rotation speed?

Thanks in advance. Smile

Here are the results

What ever became of this? I'm not that diligent so couldn't tell you the rpm setting (believe between 7 - 10 for me) using the "standard" cutting discs. Try to get the 1-1/4 dia one though so they last a little longer.

Looks nice. Had I noticed this before I would have recommended the fiber reinforced cutting discs. They last longer and when they go they don't fly off into shrapnel.

EDIT: Changed the mems also to OCZ Blade DDR2 1066 Wink
