Chances are you might of hit a wall with your card and flashing it using a bios from a 8800Ultra probably won't help.
The score you are getting(14k) compared to your goal of 17-18k is a bit far fetched for a 8800GTX. |

Yikes dude, Overclocking your GPU is some risky business. Is it really necessary to do so with a 8800GTX? 
Also, I second the EVGA forum advice.
