Thermaltake is well known for innovative features in their cases and CPU coolers. They have coolers for all types of users, from "Mom and Pop" to enthusiasts to overclockers. When you overclock your system, you need a cooler that can keep up with the extra heat generated. Many overclockers tend to use liquid cooling, however not everybody is comfortable with adding liquid to their expensive systems.
