Packaging:

Just like the other Sentey case we reviewed, the GS-6500B Burton arrived in a very nice retail-style box. The front panel shows a large image of the chassis with two smaller images of the other color options. At the top of the box the Sentey logo, Burton name, and Extreme Division moniker are prominently displayed. The back panel has only the logos. As you can see, UPS had some problems delivering our Burton case and punched a hole in the box - hopefully our case was not damaged. The two side panels (not pictured), have more images of the case, in each of the color options, as well as details regarding the features and specifications.

Removing the case from the shipping box reveals that Sentey is treating their Extreme Division cases seriously. The Burton chassis was wrapped not in the tradition heavy duty polypropylene bag, but a high quality cloth bag. This is a nice upgrade and its extra durability should ensure the paint arrives in pristine condition. Also, the foam used in protecting the case during shipment is not the usual pressed bead-type foam normally used in case packing. The foam used here is the smoother, denser type that is used by the higher-end manufacturers - another indication that Sentey is paying attention to the little details.

Accessories:

Before we get to the actual chassis, let's look at the included accessories. The first thing we find is a white box which contains a standard SATA data cable and SATA female to female power cable (below left image). These cables are used with the SATA "dock" on the top of the case, which we'll look at shortly.

Next we find the items shown in the above right image. There is a handy tool kit, which is another added value feature found on higher end products. The kit includes everything you need for installation - a Phillips screwdriver, two plastic motherboard standoffs (for use with EATX boards), PCI slot cover, speaker jumper, bag of screws, brass motherboard standoffs, and a polishing cloth.

Lastly, we have the standard Sentey product pamphlet, warranty card, and User's Guide. As we saw with our previous Sentey case, the guide isn't very helpful as it only shows a schematic and doesn't delve into what connectors are for which component.
