Conclusion:

All I can say is that I'm a happy camper. The overall design and performance of the Cooler Master NotePal X2 not only made my laptop run cooler, but also made it more comfortable to use in general, and MUCH MUCH more comfortable to use over a flat laptop cooler such as the Hiyatek unit featured.

Searching the Internet finds this device at a variety of stores for under $30. While it is listed at Newegg.com for $24.99, it is presently sold out. But, Buy.com has it for even less ($22.19), which is definitely an attractive price.

This is a product I would definitely recommend to anyone who owns a laptop. Keeping a laptop cool should extend its usable life, and the extra ergonomic features really makes this a must have, as I can say it's the most comfortable I have ever been while using my laptop.

On the downside, the only issue you might have is that this cooler is a little large to truly be considered portable.

All things considered, the Cooler Master NotePal X2 laptop cooler earns the Bigbruin.com "Highly Recommended" award.
