In this review we are going to check out a
wireless mouse from the large selection of computer hardware and consumer electronic goodies found at
Geeks.com. The Logisys MS6801 wireless notebook mouse includes features you would expect to find in a higher end gaming mouse, and incorporates them into a compact portable unit that sells for just $15.50 (US).
Before taking a closer look at the sample provided for review, let's look at some published data on this mouse, as taken from the
product listing on the Geeks.com website...

The mouse features the basics you would expect from any mouse, but it also offers refinements you might not expect from a notebook mouse (at least not one that costs so little). The ergonomic design includes a contoured body with non-slip rubber inserts, the nano receiver is all but invisible when plugged in, and a small button just behind the scroll wheel allows for on-the-fly switching between 800DPI and 1600DPI.
Packaging:
The packaging for the Logisys MS6801 is shown below, and basically is it just a clear plastic shell that lets you get a good look at the mouse and the USB receiver. If you saw this on the shelf at an actual store there would be no guessing about just how big the mouse and it's nano receiver really were. The paper insert inside the packaging provides plenty of graphics and other information to further inform you about the product.
