The next two charts are also from Crystal Disk Mark but they represent compressible data. Manufacturers tend to rate SSDs with compressible benchmarks because the results of these test are often much higher.

As you can see both Kingston drives performed within a few MB/s of one another in terms of sequential read (490MB/s) and write (500MB/s) speeds. These results indicate the Kingston SSDNow V300 outperforms its read and write ratings by approximately 50MB/s.
